Announcements at St. Peter's
Due to the Annual Parish Meeting there will be no Adult Forum on Sunday, January 29. The following Sunday, and for all the Sundays of February and March, the very popular "This I Believe" series will return, with members of the congregation sharing their personal faith and faith stories. Please join the Adult Forum in the Library following the 10 a.m. Holy Eucharist.
Our next SPWA Luncheon will be Thursday, February 9th. After the 11:30 am Eucharist we will enjoy a lovely catered lunch and have a program by speaker/parishioner Mark Thomas. Mark is the vice president of Global Marketing, National Live Stock & Meat Board/National Cattlemen's Beef Association. Please join us for an enjoyable afternoon and sign up on the bulletin board in the hallway before Monday, February 6th.
Confirmation Class will not meet on Sunday, January 29, but will resume next Sunday, February 5th in the Parish Hall.

Please support our Knitting Group who knit for the Seaman's Institute by purchasing cupcakes on Sunday, February 12th after the 8:00 and 10:00 am services.
Outreach Attention Barnstable High Seniors, Cape Cod Academy Seniors, Sturgis Charter School Seniors-Deadline is March 11 to apply for the Joyce K. Anderson Memorial Community Service Scholarship. Two scholarships will be given. Application materials can be picked up in your school's guidance office.
Flower Charts 2012 Flower Charts are located on the bulletin board in the hallway. Please sign up if there are special dates which you would like to have flowers at the altar in memory of a loved one of in thanksgiving for a birthday, anniversary or other important event. (Suggested donation for flowers is $40.)
Confirmation Class meets Sunday from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm in the Parish Hall. Lunch is provided.

For the next few months, Christian Ed is having Children's Chapel every Sunday downstairs! Father Denzil will continue to officiate this service on the last Sunday of the month. On the other Sundays, the children will help out with the service and continue to learn through experience. This is a full service, with communion brought to us from upstairs, so please join us!
We need people to sign up to volunteer for the Fellowship Hour and Flower Delivery. The sign-up sheet is in the hallway.

Al Anon meets Monday & Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm, Library & Al Anon 4 Step Program on Wednesday nights at 6:15 pm
SLAA meets on Friday nights from 5:30 -7:00 pm
Extra copies of the Prayers of the People are available at the front and back of the church for use during the week.
